Evening janitorial contract for offices and clinics up to 5,000 sq ft, three visits a week. Written room-by-room scope of work, visits after 6 p.m., consumables included (paper, soap, liners), monthly invoicing on net 30 terms. Starting price shown per week; larger or more frequent contracts are quoted after a free 20-minute walkthrough.

Winter (December to March): an extra pass on the entryway and corridors is added at no charge, and hard floors get a calcium neutralizer. A visit cancelled for a storm is made up, never billed.
