Residential housekeeping
Weekly or bi-weekly. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, bed linens on request.
02Offices and clinics
Evening contracts, 2 to 5 visits a week. Workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, kitchenette, waste and recycling.
03Deep clean
One-time, top to bottom: inside cabinets, appliances, baseboards, light fixtures, interior windows.
04Post-construction
Drywall dust, paint residue, sticker removal, HEPA vacuuming of surfaces and exposed ducts.
05Move-in / move-out
Empty unit, brought back to inspection standard. For 1 July turnovers, book early.
06Condo common areas
Lobbies, elevators, corridors, laundry room, chute. Billed to the syndicate.

Entretien Alain Chatelle inc. was incorporated on 31 July 1995. Same company ever since, same two names on the registry. No mergers, no bankruptcy, no name change in thirty years.
A two-person shop means the person who wrote your quote is the person washing your floor, and nobody needs to be told again where the keys are. When the schedule is full we say so, and we call back when a slot opens.
