Cancellation, satisfaction and refunds

Entretien Alain Chatelle inc. sells cleaning services, not goods. This policy explains how cancellations, missed visits and refunds work.

 

Cancelling a visit

You may cancel or move any scheduled visit at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Visits cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where we cannot access the premises at the agreed time, are billed at 50% of the visit price.

 

Cancelling a recurring plan

Residential plans can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice. Commercial and corporate contracts can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

 

Weather

A visit we cancel because of a storm or road closure is rescheduled at no charge. It is never billed.

 

Satisfaction guarantee

If any room or area does not meet the agreed scope of work, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to redo it at no charge. If we cannot return within 3 business days, that visit is refunded.

 

Corporate first-week payment

The amount paid online when reserving a corporate contract is your first week of service. If the on-site walkthrough shows that the premises differ materially from what was entered in the calculator, we will contact you before starting. You may then accept the adjusted rate or request a full refund of the first-week payment.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
